Hi. I'm Anna and have been a Pilates Instructor for over 10 years.
I bring a depth of teaching experience and knowledge to those who are eager to increase their body's health and wellness. I believe a healthy lifestyle begins with maintaining a strong and fit body. My aim is to help you identify your goals and design a Pilates program that fits your needs and guide you through every exercise and every workout.
I have had a long wonderful and rewarding career and a history of client success in the Fitness and Wellness industry working as a Personal Trainer, Gym Manager, and National Fitness and Wellness Manager. Teaching and learning are my passions. Even with many years of professional experience, I continue seeking ways to expand my knowledge so I can provide the best support to my clients. My personalized and holistic approach to fitness and health ensures that no matter your skill level, I can help you achieve the results you are after.
